Q-Cel Filler is used to thicken Polyester and Epoxy resin to create a “Foam White” fill paste that may be easy to sand. When added to polyester or epoxy resin, Q-Cel filler thickens the resin to make it more workable and expands it to fill in large areas and cut back the total weight, especially in applications where a light weight is of number one importance.
Q-Cel Filler. is an exceptionally fine powder which is great for bulking out fillers for larger dings, effective replacement for foam and cures to a white finish.
Q-Cel provides an economical way of extending resin by reducing the quantity of resin required
Q-Cell is added to resin on the rate of 5% -10% by weight dependent upon application, and as much as 20% can also be added if a paste consistency is required. Q-Cell is just a filler and must be sealed with a layer of cloth or fiberglass.
